Quality Engineer

CSafe is looking for a Quality Engineer to join our world-class Indian Quality team. This role is responsible for India facilities IMS (QMS, EMS & OHSMS) activities, but will be performed from Panvel Maharashtra, India Standard Working schedule is Monday through Saturday from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm IST.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for planning & execution of Internal audit.
- Responsible for planning & execution of MRM.
- Responsible for execution of customer audits.
- Responsible for RCA & corrective actions of NC received in audits & complaints.
- Responsible for planning & execution of third-party audits.
- Inspects the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
- Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
- Monitors compliance with safety procedures.
- Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations.
- Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics.
- 100% compliance obligation of statutory requirements.
- Periodic review of incoming, online inspection plans.
- Responsible for verification of incoming & online inspection reports.
- Preparation & Execution of Supplier Audit Plan.
- Periodic review of standard operating procedures.
- Control of Deviations & Change Management.
- Amendment in Documented Information's if required.
- Periodic review of Risk Register.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Proficiency in English & Marathi regarding Read, Write & Speak.
- Proficiency on Microsoft word & Excel.
- Lead Auditor of ISO 9001:2015
- Lean Management Skill.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree with minimum 12 years' experience in QAQC.
- ISO9001:2015 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor & ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor.
