About The Role We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our dynamic team at Accelyst, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for designing seamless and engaging user experiences across desktop, web, and mobile platforms. Your primary focus will be on implementing UI/UX best practices to ensure our digital products meet high standards of usability and aesthetic appeal. You will collaborate closely with the Digital Product Manager, IT team, and cross-functional teams including research, design, and development to create innovative interfaces and functionalities for new and existing digital products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience as a UX Designer, with a proven track record of designing products that deliver exceptional user experiences. A bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or a related field is required, or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools is essential. Familiarity with design standards for Web, iOS, and Android platforms is also necessary. The candidate should demonstrate a keen eye for detail, a passion for human-computer interaction, and strong user empathy. Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design solutions is highly valued. Additionally, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and adapt design processes to project needs is crucial. Responsibilities - Build storyboards and conceptualize designs to effectively communicate project plans to clients and senior leadership. - Participate actively throughout the entire product design process, including creating user flows, low and high-fidelity prototypes, and detailed UI designs. - Identify and troubleshoot UX issues based on qualitative data, user feedback, and analytics to optimize user satisfaction. - Collaborate with User Researchers, Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow UX designers to develop cohesive and innovative digital experiences. - Develop and deliver product interfaces using iterative design methodologies, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with user needs. - Conduct or contribute to user research activities, including usability testing and feedback analysis, to validate design decisions. - Design interactions and transitions that range from small feature enhancements to complex, blue-sky experiences, ensuring consistency and usability. - Work closely with Product Managers and embedded development teams to stay ahead of potential design challenges and incorporate feedback effectively. - Adapt design workflows and processes to suit project-specific requirements, maintaining flexibility and efficiency. - Engage in constructive feedback sessions with fellow designers, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.
