Job Brief

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to drive our talent acquisition efforts and scale our engineering teams. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent needs and sourcing top candidates to ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

As a Technical Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers to craft strategic hiring plans, assess technical competencies, and build strong talent pipelines. You should have experience in full-cycle recruitment, a deep understanding of technical roles, and a passion for attracting the best engineering talent.

Ultimately, your goal is to enhance our employer brand and help us hire and retain top-tier tech professionals who contribute to our company's innovation and success.

Requirements

- Proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably as an in-house recruiter or with a tech-focused agency.
- Strong understanding of software engineering roles, technologies, and frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Python, AWS, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and technical communities.
- Experience with structured interviews and technical assessment tools (e.g., Hiresnap, Doselect).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and engineers.
- Familiarity with employer branding and tech hiring trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field (preferred).

Responsibilities :

- Partner with engineering and product leaders to define hiring needs, set priorities, and build a structured recruitment plan.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent through job boards, GitHub, LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, and referrals.
- Craft compelling job descriptions that resonate with technical candidates and align with market trends.
- Screen and assess candidates through technical evaluations, coding tests, and behavioral interviews.
- Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit.
- Optimize the hiring process by tracking key metrics like time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
- Enhance employer branding by engaging with the tech community, participating in hackathons, and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
- Manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding, ensuring clear communication and a seamless process.

Stay updated on industry trends to understand the evolving talent landscape and maintain competitive hiring strategies.
