Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Recruiter with a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment across IT and semiconductor sectors.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to diverse technical roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to understand role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media recruiting, and networking, to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational values.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely communication.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for enhancement, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize recruitment efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–10+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have recruited in the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech industries.
  • Proven experience recruiting for a variety of niche technical roles, such as hardware and software engineers, analog and digital design engineers, high-speed test engineers, etc.
  • Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and specialized job boards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and other recruitment software.
