About the Role

We are looking for dynamic Technical Recruiters to join our team at Tundra Technical Solutions India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the database to identify potential candidates for existing and future client requirements.
  • Sourcing candidates from job boards using various sourcing techniques and populating the database with top talent according to client guidelines.
  • Effectively perform end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Inform team lead of ongoing recruitment activities through daily entries into ATS, end of day reports.
  • Provide suitable candidates on a consistent basis within tight timelines, understanding the need for speed and a sense of urgency.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in Indian Staffing and Recruitment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ready to work on Contract staffing.
  • Experienced with end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Strong experience using various sourcing techniques namely Boolean, LinkedIn X-Ray searches etc.
  • Use of social media to source suitable candidates.
  • Open to work in a fast-paced work environment.
