Artificial Intelligence Engineer Key Responsibilities

Your primary mission will be to elevate LearnWith.AI&aposs position in the EdTech space by:

- Spearheading the development of AI-powered systems that create compelling, individualized educational content
- Ensuring our AI solutions deliver measurable improvements in student engagement and learning outcomes
- Contributing to our vision of making personalized education accessible at scale

Basic Requirements

To succeed in this role, you&aposll need:

- A proven track record of 4+ years in software engineering, demonstrating your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on professional experience with modern LLM platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok) - note that traditional ML experience alone isn&apost sufficient
- A genuine passion for educational technology and its potential to transform learning experiences
- The ability to think creatively about how AI can solve real-world educational challenges

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
