Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: - Dashboard Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and analytics to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders. - Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and effectively translate them into precise technical specifications for Tableau solutions. - Data Quality & Validation: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data by performing thorough data validation and quality checks. - Performance Optimization: Optimize Tableau dashboards for superior performance and scalability, ensuring quick load times and efficient data rendering. - User Training & Support: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users on Tableau functionalities and best practices, empowering them to leverage data effectively. - Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement of analytics capabilities. - Data Integrity & Availability: Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data integrity and availability for reporting and analysis. Required Skills: - Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Online. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency with SQL and database management. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Effective communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality data visualizations. Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with other data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView). - Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies.
