Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce and business analysis, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement Salesforce configurations.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support end-users during the rollout of Salesforce solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation related to Salesforce processes and workflows.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users on Salesforce best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

- 4-9 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Salesforce.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM and its features such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to Salesforce functionalities.
- Experience with data modeling, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
- Ability to create reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
