About the role:

We are looking for a skilled monday.com Implementation Engineer to support our projects in India and North America. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in workflow automation, and a passion for optimizing business processes.

What you'll do:

- Design, configure, and optimize monday.com boards, dashboards, and automations tailored to client needs across project management, CRM, and service workflows.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Work OS solutions through discovery workshops and collaborative sessions.
- Build integrations using tools like Zapier, Make, and monday.com APIs to connect with third-party platforms (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Salesforce).
- Lead training and onboarding sessions for clients, empowering them to adopt monday.com as a central platform for cross-team collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with sales and support teams to ensure smooth implementations and long-term platform adoption.
- Analyze usage data to refine configurations and proactively recommend enhancements that align with client goals.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with monday.com support when needed.

What you'll bring:

- 2-4 years of experience in SaaS implementations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or similar.
- Experience with monday.com's APIs.
- Hands-on experience with monday.com including dashboards, automations, formulas, integrations, and custom boards.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and solution architecture.
- Familiarity with monday.com apps marketplace and building custom workflows.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

Bonus points for:

- monday.com Work Management Core or Admin, CRM, Service Management Certification.
- Experience with other project management tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools.
