This role is ideal for someone passionate about information and cybersecurity and eager to contribute to the protection of our organization’s digital assets. You will be responsible for tracking, following up, and reporting on security-related activities, while also exploring opportunities to integrate AI into our security processes. Accountabilities/Responsibilities but not limited to :- - Monitor and track ongoing information security activities, including incident reports, audit findings, and remediation efforts. - Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of security issues and compliance with internal policies. - Maintain accurate records of security actions, decisions, and outcomes for audit and reporting purposes. - Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and metrics to visualize security posture and progress. - Support the implementation of AI-driven tools to automate threat detection, risk analysis, and compliance monitoring. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and control standards. - Participate in security awareness initiatives and training programs tailored to role-specific responsibilities. - Report security incidents promptly to the IT Security team and contribute to incident response efforts. Qualifications: StoneX Desired Qualifications - Have a driven, entrepreneurial, and commercial mind-set with focus on profitability - Natural flair to research on wider topics, Familiarity with information security principles, frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST), and risk management. - Interest or experience in AI technologies, particularly in the context of cybersecurity - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools; experience with AI platforms or scripting languages (e.g., Python) is a plus. - Desire to learn about Financial Industry - Effective interpersonal skills, self-driven ,ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Sense of urgency - Honest, curious and self-driven - Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail - The confidence to fail Early Careers Requirement - Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and completing in 2026. - Available to start on 19th Jan '26 on a 6-month full-time programme - Must be authorized to work in the country the role is based Working environment: - Hybrid (4 days)/In-office
