Showroom Sales Executive

The Showroom Sales Executive is responsible for welcoming customers understanding their needs demonstrating products and ensuring a high-quality customer experience The role focuses on achieving sales targets maintaining showroom presentation and providing excellent after-sales support Job Location - Kavugal and Puthanathani Preferably Looking for Male candidate Key Responsibilities1 Customer Engagement Greet customers as they enter the showroom and identify their requirements Provide detailed information on products features pricing and benefits Conduct product demonstrations and help customers compare options 2 Sales Target Achievement Generate sales by effectively converting customer inquiries into purchases Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Upsell and cross-sell related products to maximize revenue 3 Showroom Management Ensure the showroom is clean organized and visually appealing at all times Arrange product displays and update promotional materials Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams for replenishment 4 Customer Service Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent service Handle customer queries complaints and follow-ups professionally Provide after-sales support and coordinate timely delivery or installation 5 Reporting Documentation Maintain daily sales reports customer records and order documentation Communicate customer feedback to management for improvement Stay updated on product knowledge market trends and competitor offerings Required Skills Qualifications Education High school diploma or bachelor s degree preferred Experience 1-3 years in retail showroom or direct sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good presentation and negotiation abilities Basic computer knowledge MS Office CRM preferred Customer-focused attitude Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Paid sick time Work Location In person
