The Showroom Sales Executive is responsible for engaging with customers understanding their needs and driving sales of products or services in the showroom The role requires excellent communication customer service skills and product knowledge to ensure a positive buying experience and achieve sales targets Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations Demonstrate product features and explain benefits effectively Achieve and exceed individual and showroom sales targets Handle customer queries complaints and feedback professionally Maintain the showroom s visual appearance including product displays and cleanliness Keep track of inventory and report low-stock items to the manager Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Follow up with potential leads and maintain customer relationships Stay updated with product knowledge pricing and promotions Qualifications and Skills Minimum High School Diploma Bachelor s degree preferred Prior experience in retail sales or showroom sales is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with a persuasive sales approach Basic knowledge of billing and inventory systems Professional appearance and positive attitude Key Competencies Customer service orientation Sales and negotiation skills Product knowledge and presentation Teamwork and adaptability Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Work Location In person
