Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational activities across multiple properties sites to ensure seamless service delivery compliance and client satisfaction The role demands strong leadership analytical thinking and cross-functional coordination to drive operational excellence cost efficiency and continuous improvement Requirements Education Graduate in Engineering Business Administration or Facilities Management MBA or related postgraduate degree is an added advantage Experience 7-12 years of experience in operations or facility management Experience in handling multiple sites and large teams Good knowledge of M E housekeeping security safety and vendor management Experience in budgeting billing and working with clients Familiar with government and statutory compliance Skills Strong leadership and communication skills Good planning and problem-solving abilities Proficient in MS Office and facility management tools Able to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude Other Willing to travel frequently for site visits Ready to handle emergencies or issues at any time Should ensure safety quality and compliance at all time Benefits 5 5-day working week Paid leaves and sick leave Provident Fund PF contribution Fuel allowance for official travel Medical insurance for employees and dependents Performance-based incentives Training and development opportunities Supportive and growth-oriented work environment
