Job Description Responsible for the most complex accounting, financial reporting, planning and analysis of an organization's expenditures and initiatives. Duties include, but are not limited to: - Under general supervision, performs a wide range of duties and responsibilities involving the application of generally accepted accounting principles and theories in the management of financial accounts and operations. - Performs maintenance of highly diverse accounts, financial analysis and reporting. - Participates in the preparation of budgets. Reconciles accounting data. - Reviews, analyzes and presents financial data, including revenue projections and expenditure reports. - Maintains various ledgers, journals, registers and other fiscal records allocates revenues to appropriate functions classifies expenditures and posts to various accounts as required. - Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and theories of financial statements and reports, accounting ledgers and journals and of computer technology related to accounting systems - Contribute in MCR Audit - Prepare and present factory reporting - Month-end FP&A reporting - Work cohesively for projects with seniors - Interact with stakeholders & leaders as required. - Hands on experience on process improvements is added advantage - Prior Knowledge of SAP and should have flexibility to adapt to different ERPs/Reporting tools. - Proficient in MS office - Excel, PPT, WORD - Should be a self-motivated & enthusiastic person with a zeal to learn things Qualifications Qualififcations: - CA/CWA Inter with minimum of 3 - 5 yrs of exp. Or CMA/ CA qualified with 2 years of experience - MBA (Finance/Accounting) with minimum of 5 - 7 yrs of exp. - Must be a Strong Communicator. - Possessing SAP experience Mandatory. - Good with MS Office Tools (MS Power point and Excel) - Should be at professionalLevel
