About Our Client Our client is a rapidly expanding digital infrastructure platform backed by leading global investors, the company operates across key Asian markets, providing advanced data center and fiber services. With a strong focus on sustainability and next-generation technology, it is building the foundation for digital growth, supporting organizations and empowering communities across the region. Job Description - Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organisational goals and ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. - Oversee vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management to ensure optimal terms. - Monitor procurement budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines. - Collaborate with internal teams to identify procurement needs and establish priorities. - Analyse market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards in all procurement activities. - Lead and mentor the procurement team to achieve performance targets. - Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management. The Successful Applicant A successful Sr. Procurement Manager should have: - Bachelor's degree of Engineering in Electrical/Mechanical. - Minimum 15 years' experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role and Data Center industry experience is must. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data effectively. - Experience in ERP systems and procurement software tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa). - Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills. - Experience in managing budgets and cost control measures. - Experience managing and developing high-performing procurement teams.
