Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Garment Merchandiser based in Mumbai. The Garment Merchandiser will oversee day-to-day merchandising tasks, including managing client communication, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of orders. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers, monitoring market trends, and assisting in product development to meet customer needs. Additionally, the individual will support sales and marketing efforts to ensure business growth and maintain quality standards in all processes. Qualifications 1 Internal & external communication, emails with suppliers + buyers + off team 2 Sampling to ensure sampling tech packs and requisition is given to suppliers and followed up to get this on time, + once received to check all measurements and stitching details and check list as given on tech packs for form and fit 3. TAP to be done every Friday and a to be achieved list for the following week to be prepared 4 Preparing purchase order to supplier for fabrics, trims, cmt to factories and also for package job work 5 Accessories & trims in-housing - following up with supplier and fill TAP 6 Getting approvals on submissions to customers - forwarding these approvals to factories - competing time action plans 7 Advising and assisting production and quality department 8 Taking responsibility for inspections and going to factories for inline inspections 9 Giving shipping instructions and following shipment. 10. assisting accounts team on getting timely payments from buyers and also ensure suppliers are paid on time + making e way bills - 11. ensuring RECO is done by factories and followed up on thoroughly - debit notes to be made accordingly with the assistance of accounts team
