Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating interest in our products, and converting leads into sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-paced environment and contribute to our company's success.

Location: Mumbai & Bangalore

Experience: 1 - 3 years

Salary: 4 - 6l

Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through outbound calls and emails.
- Identify and qualify potential customers by understanding their needs and challenges.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Maintain a detailed database of prospects and current customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and metrics set by the management.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions.

Skills and Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
