Job Title Gas Manifold In-Charge Location Tagore Medical College and Hospital Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Gas Manifold In-Charge to manage the medical gas system operations in our hospital The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted and safe supply of medical gases including oxygen nitrous oxide compressed air and vacuum systems The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing medical gas manifold systems within a hospital environment Key Responsibilities Operate monitor and maintain all medical gas manifold systems and pipelines across the hospital Ensure timely switching and replacement of gas cylinders and liquid oxygen tanks Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of gas manifolds and related equipment Maintain logs of gas consumption cylinder movements and pressure levels Coordinate with vendors for gas supply maintenance and emergency requirements Ensure compliance with hospital safety standards medical gas regulations and applicable norms e g NABH guidelines Train and supervise support staff and ensure proper safety practices are followed Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and troubleshoot system issues effectively Maintain inventory of gas cylinders and initiate purchase requisitions when required Qualifications Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a hospital or healthcare facility Strong knowledge of medical gas pipeline systems MGPS safety protocols and manifold operations Technical diploma or certification in mechanical electrical biomedical engineering is preferred Ability to read and understand system diagrams and pressure gauges Familiarity with healthcare safety standards and statutory compliance Contact - Aravind 8939736780 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Rotational shift Experience Gas Manifold 5 years Required Work Location In person
