management portfolio operations and data management reconciliation corporate action bank loans fund services and reporting to support Invesco s investment related activities The team focuses to provide quality service with highly disciplined operations to deliver responsive support for investment processes new products and instruments to be responsive to changing economic regulatory and risk environments to manage and deliver quality data in accordance with SMART data principles Your Role Advance Principal - Change Management is a key role within the Change Management function supporting Investment Distribution Services As a Project Change Manager you will be responsible for executing projects initiatives and driving change in a diverse role that includes strategy planning execution analytics continuous improvement and other key governance for the function while managing stakeholders expectations The role involves collaborating with internal functions and subject matter experts to ensure project change is delivered in a timely engaging and effective manner The right individual will be a global problem solver with a good understanding of Investment and Distribution Services and or Investment-related activities This person should be a dynamic critical thinker and a self-starter who encourages confidence and credibility Successful candidates will possess the professional competence and interpersonal skills to command the respect of senior leaders Other skills should include dedication to continual improvement in execution a collaborative approach to win internal support and influencing skills to work with global partners Manage a number of projects through the full project life cycle from the strategic project planning execution and on to tactical activities Ensure projects are well defined aligned to business goals well documented and appropriately reported Ensure all risks and issues are understood raised prioritized and escalated if appropriate with sufficient time to enable resolution or independent decisions Work with business ops and support Risk Audit Tech etc functions to understand the guidelines and implications of project execution Design approval and implementation of detailed operating model changes Ability to extract information at all levels of the organization individual contributor to senior management to identify core problems needs Ability to conduct complex analysis and present data insights in a meaningful ways Ability to write system requirement specifications to include use cases data models assumptions and mock-ups when necessary Prioritization of projects and project deliverables in line with functional strategy and stakeholder s requirements Work closely with business functions to pro-actively identify define opportunities for continuous improvement build diagnostic and develop business cases Management of Continuous Improvement agenda drive and shaping up project opportunities Drive development of new CI tools and methodologies Assist in the definition of performance metrics for all projects as well as business functions and drive governance around the same with stakeholders Direct and co-ordinate change risk and communications management around the improvement projects underway and planned Communicate project status frequently up and down the organization and suggest changes to use available capacity efficiently Optimize the Continuous Improvement framework establish control procedures Contribute to various governance forums as appropriate Must take ownership and accountability of working as primary point of contact for all Continuous Improvement initiatives enhancements and projects being delivered from Hyderabad Collaborate with cross functional team to resolve issues or improve the process for future state Key proficiencies Strong customer focus with knack for quick actions Ability to identify and drive tactical plan aligning to strategic resolution Excellent strong and precise communication skills and ability to create pitch for audience at all levels Being able to stay on top of the big picture and view inter-connectivity of tasks and solutions Ability to take care of flexibility and change without getting flustered especially in quickly evolving production client scenarios Ability to develop trust with various internal and external facing teams and clients Encourage others Demonstrate a deep passion for technology and financial domain and build an ability to tap into the creative minds of the project team Maintain a broad understanding of our systems customers and business goals The Experience You Bring 8 years of Project Management Change Implementation experience or equivalent experience preferably in Financial or Investment Banking Sector Project management experience would be preferred with strategic planning and development experience Experience in delivering change management solutions in highly regulated and complex financial services organizations Strong stakeholder management with experience of building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership Strong knowledge in agile project methodologies Ability to facilitate global collaborations by articulating strategic vision through dynamic presentations Strong written and verbal communication interpersonal and conflict management skills Ability to conduct complex analysis and present data in a meaningful way Open minded flexible and willing to listen to and incorporate other people s opinions and a strong out-of-thebox thinker who challenges status-quo Ability to handle ambiguity and make sound decision and ability to assess risk even when data or information on hand are limited Financial domain expertise particularly familiarity with US financial markets Familiarity with US financial planning wealth management is a big plus Academic requirements MBA from reputed university Certified PMP Lean Six-sigma practitioner Certification Experience on
