Generative AI Engineer (5–9 Years) Location: Bangalore Hybrid | Full-time We are looking for a Senior Generative AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI and agentic AI solutions. You will lead technical development, drive innovation, and collaborate across teams to shape scalable and secure AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities - Develop and deploy LLM-, RAG-, and agentic AI–based applications. - Architect scalable backend systems using Python, FastAPI, microservices, and cloud (Azure/AWS). - Advance capabilities in vector databases, semantic search, and intelligent document processing. - Partner with product, cybersecurity, and analytics teams to deliver secure, compliant AI solutions. - Define technical vision and roadmap for GenAI initiatives. - Promote ethical AI, governance, and responsible model lifecycle practices. - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to research, prototypes, and best practices. Qualifications - Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience. - 5+ years in AI/ML, including 3+ years in GenAI/LLMs/RAG. - Strong skills in Python, FastAPI, cloud (Azure/AWS), LangChain/LangGraph, PyTorch/TensorFlow. - Proven experience deploying production AI systems and APIs. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Knowledge of data privacy, payments, or financial tech is a plus. Preferred - Experience with prompt engineering, autonomous agents, orchestration frameworks. - Background in financial services or secure enterprise systems. - Track record of building scalable GenAI products or AI agents.
