Job Title Sales Head - Premium Furniture Showroom Location Aluva Kerala Salary Range 50 000 - 75 000 per month About Us We are a premium-class furniture showroom offering an exclusive range of high-quality furniture and interior solutions With a focus on excellence and customer satisfaction we are seeking an experienced Sales Head to lead our sales operations and drive growth Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance showroom revenue Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Conduct market analysis to identify trends competitors and growth opportunities Train mentor and motivate the sales team for optimal performance Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and showroom events Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining showroom standards Work in rotational shifts as per showroom requirements Requirements Minimum 6 years of proven experience in furniture interior sales with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role Master s degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership team management and negotiation abilities Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle premium clientele Willingness to work in rotational shifts What We Offer Competitive salary package 50 000 - 75 000 per month Performance-based incentives Opportunity to work in a premium showroom environment Career growth and professional development Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 75 000 00 per month
