Generating problem reports, logging issues, escalation of critical issues.   Required Skills: Good reasoning and analytical skills Good listening skills Key Responsibilities Installation of Electrical Systems Install wiring, lighting fixtures, switches, sockets, distribution boards, and circuit breakers. Set up electrical equipment such as fans, motors, transformers, and control systems. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and circuit diagrams. Maintenance and Repairs Inspect electrical systems, troubleshoot faults, and carry out necessary repairs. Maintain and service electrical panels, cabling, and equipment to prevent breakdowns. Replace faulty wiring, damaged components, or worn-out parts. Safety Compliance Ensure all work complies with electrical safety standards, codes, and regulations. Test and certify electrical installations for safety and performance. Follow lock-out/tag-out procedures and wear protective gear while working. Testing and Troubleshooting Use testing devices such as multimeters, insulation testers, and circuit analyzers. Diagnose electrical issues such as power failures, short circuits, or overloads. Suggest cost-effective and reliable solutions to resolve technical problems. Documentation & Reporting Maintain records of electrical inspections, repairs, and maintenance work. Report to supervisors or engineers about project progress and requirements. Estimate material, labor, and time required for electrical projects. Skills and Competencies Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, and systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. Skilled in the use of electrical tools, testing devices, and repair equipment. Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability. Good hand–eye coordination and physical fitness for manual tasks. Strong attention to detail and focus on safety.
