Job Overview We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our reputed school’s marketing and admissions team. The role involves promoting the school’s brand, increasing visibility through various marketing activities, generating leads, and ensuring admissions targets are achieved. The candidate will plan, execute, and monitor on-ground marketing campaigns in societies, pre-schools, festivals, and other community events. Additionally, the role includes maintaining a database of potential leads, monitoring student admissions, and visiting school construction sites within Vadodara whenever required. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing & Promotions Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities to promote the school’s brand and programs. Organize and participate in events, fairs, and festivals such as Ganapati Utsav, Navratri celebrations, and community gatherings. Conduct marketing campaigns in societies, residential complexes, and pre-schools to create awareness about the school. Collaborate with event organizers, societies, and local influencers to maximize outreach. 2. Lead Generation & Database Management Collect, manage, and maintain a database of potential leads from various events and campaigns. Follow up with prospective parents to provide information about school facilities, curriculum, and admission procedures. Use digital tools, social media, and offline channels to increase inquiries and student enrollment. 3. Admissions Monitoring Coordinate with the admissions team to track student admission inquiries and conversions. Work towards achieving monthly and yearly student admission targets. Provide regular reports on marketing activities, leads generated, and admissions status to the management. 4. Site Visits & Local Marketing Visit new school construction sites within Vadodara city to assess marketing opportunities. Promote upcoming school branches and assist in setting up branding and local awareness campaigns. Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, societies, and community groups to support promotional activities. 5. Coordination & Reporting Work closely with the school administration, admissions team, and marketing head to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing performance and admissions progress. Suggest new ideas and innovative strategies to increase student enrollment. Required Skills & Qualifications Educational Qualification Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field. Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage. Key Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Creative thinking and event management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and lead-generation strategies. Familiarity with Vadodara city areas, societies, and events will be beneficial. Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems. Social media marketing awareness is preferred. Work Environment Location: Vadodara, Gujarat. Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (may vary during events). Travel Requirement: Local travel within Vadodara for events, promotions, and site visits. Reporting To: Marketing Head / School Administration. Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of leads generated through events and campaigns. Conversion ratio from inquiry to admission enrollment. Successful execution of marketing events and activities. Achieving or exceeding monthly and yearly student admission targets.
