Customer Service & Assistance: Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.POS Operations & Billing: Accurately handle point-of-sale systems for smooth transactions and billing processes.Stock Replenishment: Ensure shelves are stocked with fresh products and that stock is properly displayed.Store Upkeep & Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, creating an inviting environment for customers.Inventory Management Support: Assist with inventory control and ensure that stock levels are accurately tracked.   Desired Candidate Profile   Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in retail sales, cashiering, or related roles (experience in FMCG, wellness, or pharma stores is preferred).Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.High accuracy in handling cash, billing systems, and transactions.A service-oriented mindset, with a focus on customer satisfaction.Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
