Job Title:Manager - Business Support, PMO

Job Location:DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (DGFF) GSC, India (Mumbai)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the internal & external stakeholders, monitor, control, and govern projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Need to have End to End visibility on Raising PO's, Validating invoices and making the corresponding payments.
- Project / program level risk and issue co-ordination/reporting.
- Monitor and report the status of projects
- Coordination of regular project and program level reporting cycles
- Updating and Maintaining Yellow book document for Station Metrics apps .
- PMO support activities for Steering Logic teams
- Support with Month End closure reports for Steering team.
- KPI report, cost report, vulnerability report, security report

Stakeholder Management

- Manage communications from the PMO mailbox including regular reporting cycle requests.
- Manage the portfolio-level benefits register, ensuring that all benefits are planned, monitored and benefits realisation is tracked
- Ensuring pre-scope project plan is communicated to all project stakeholders together with their individual responsibilities
- Providing effective support to project teams on small to medium sized projects, or assisting Project Managers on streams of other large projects

Process Management

- Supporting the definition of small/medium project Business Cases (scope, goals, deliverables, costs, timescales, plans, dependencies, resource requirements and milestones)
- Continue to evolve the processes and templates throughout the project lifecycle
- Build up a repository of project templates both technical and management to support the Project Managers - use examples from current and past projects to identify best practice
- Complete and distribute monthly portfolio level reports
- Implement project reporting standards across all projects in the portfolio
- Prepare consolidated material from project reports for monthly review
- Impart a zero tolerance towards errors / mishaps during a project phase
- Being part of calls and discussions and ensure the project managers have adequate knowledge to perform the tasks/activities timely and accurately

Required Skills/Abilities:

.Graduate (Bachelor's degree from a recognized University in any discipline)

.Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience, overall 8 years of experience required.

.Project management skills required (PMP preferred)

.Already practicing Agile or equivalent Project Management methodology

.Knowledge on Microsoft Office Tools

.Strong analytical skills

.Excellent communication skills
