International Business Development Manager

Role Description
- Drive global sales & business development.
- Reach out to the corporates for PMOGI's training batches & certification programs.
- Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company's presence in international markets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and technical support) to tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Deliver product demonstrations, conduct negotiations, and prepare proposals for prospective clients.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
- Meet sales KPIs and prepare reports for senior management on sales performance and forecasts.
Salary - 8-10 lpa
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience of sales experience.
- Exposure in global sales for 4-5 years.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience in Edtech industry or in global software sales/SaaS/IT solutions preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally if required.
