Description

The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our agency network in India. This role involves recruiting new agency partners, providing ongoing support, and ensuring they meet performance standards.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies to recruit new agencies and enhance existing partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify potential agency partners and assess their capabilities.
- Provide training and support to agency partners to ensure alignment with company goals and standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of agency partners, providing feedback and guidance as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and programs that support agency development initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on agency performance and development activities.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in agency development, sales, or business development roles.
- Strong understanding of the agency landscape and market trends in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with agency partners.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other digital tools for tracking and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and market opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
