Job Summary

As a Sales Executive – Chemical Distribution, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth. This senior role requires strong experience in the chemical industry, an established client network, and proven ability to deliver revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new customers and markets in end consumer.

· Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term business partnerships.

· Drive sales revenue by achieving defined targets and expanding product reach.

· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts.

· Provide technical and commercial solutions to meet customer requirements.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

· Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, supply chain) to ensure smooth execution.

· Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports to management.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business Administration.

- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in chemical distribution or industrial chemicals.

- Strong network of clients in pharma, agrochemical, coatings, adhesives, or related sectors.

- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Skills

· Deep knowledge of chemical products and their applications.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

· Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving ability.

· Ability to work independently, with a results-driven mindset.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
