Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Purchase with a strong background in electronics / Mechanical to manage procurement activities, vendor management, and strategic sourcing of electronic components, Mechanical components and materials. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of electronic and Mechanical supply chains, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong ability to align procurement strategy with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end procurement of electronic components, Mechanical and related materials.
- Evaluate, qualify, and onboard suppliers and vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to ensure timely sourcing and availability of components.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies for optimal stock levels and cost control.
- Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to make data-driven purchasing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to procurement.
- Handle purchase documentation including POs, GRNs, vendor bills, and payment coordination.
- Maintain supplier performance records and lead supplier development initiatives.
- Drive cost savings initiatives without compromising on quality or delivery timelines.

Candidate Profile:

- In-depth knowledge of electronic components, Mechanical technical specifications, and sourcing channels.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of import/export procedures is a plus.

Educational Qualification:

- Diploma / B Tech in Electronics & Mechanical
