Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain partnerships with companies for internships and full-time opportunities - Plan, coordinate, and conduct campus/online placement drives - Identify job opportunities relevant to students/trainees - Assess candidate profiles and guide them on resumes, interviews, and career readiness - Track placement progress and maintain accurate reporting - Communicate regularly with internal teams to align training with industry needs - Organize workshops, mock interviews, and career counseling sessions - Ensure placement targets are met within defined timelines - Represent the institution/company at industry events and networking forums Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field - Proven experience in placements, recruitment, talent acquisition, or corporate relations - Strong networking and relationship-building skills - Excellent communication and presentation abilities - Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage deadlines - Knowledge of current job market trends and employer needs - Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools, or placement management systems Preferred Qualifications - Experience in EdTech, Training institutes, Colleges, or Staffing agencies - Established network with HR professionals and corporate employers - Strong negotiation and partnership development abilities Key Attributes - Target-driven and proactive - Team player with leadership qualities - Empathetic and supportive towards students/candidates - Highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits - Competitive salary + incentives - Opportunities for professional growth - Supportive work culture - Networking and industry exposure Organization: People Education Website:www.peopleedu.in People Education is an educational technology (EdTech) company that specializes in providing various courses to working professionals.
