Job role - Field Sales Executive Sales Officer JD - Immediate JoiningRequirement - Male candidates preferred - Must have a 2-wheeler and a valid driving license - Should own a smartphone for work-related tasks Company Description Paytm is India s leading Payments App that has revolutionized the digital payment landscape in the country With over 20 million merchants and businesses using Paytm for digital payments the app is trusted by more than 300 million Indians for various transactions like bill payments recharges money transfers and ticket bookings Paytm is committed to bringing financial services to the underserved population and aims to include 500 million Indians in the mainstream economy Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Tamil Nadu India The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with merchants and businesses to promote Paytm as a digital payment solution drive adoption and increase usage The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients conducting sales meetings and meeting sales targets Responsibilities - Sales activities- Attract new customers educate customers follow up with customers and meet sales - quotas - Administrative tasks- Direct and supervise sales representatives prepare and submit sales reports and update the CRM system - Build relationships with existing customers and nurture new leads - Territory management- Travel throughout the sales territory and visit customers on a recurring basis - Monitoring competitors- Monitor the company s industry competitors new products and market conditions - FSEs usually work for B2B and wholesale organizations and report to a regional sales manager Qualifications - Education 12th and Any graduate - Experience Minimum 6 months and freshers also can apply- Sales and Business Development skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships- Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets- Knowledge of digital payment solutions and technology- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Fluency in Tamil and English languages- Prior experience in the fintech industry is a plusEligibility - Fresher or experienced - 2021 2022 2023 2024 2025 College Passed outs can also apply - Salary Salary 2 5 to 3 5 LPA Attractive incentivesShift Type - Day shift 9 30 am to 6 30 pm - Working Days - Monday to Saturday Contact 91 97911 00867 Call between -10 30 am to 7 00 pm ref updazz com
