an excellent communicator capable of quickly picking up the complicated healthcare domain You are a tenacious yet nimble learner who demonstrates design and engineering excellence The Team Athenahealth Clinicals Accelerators ONCHT is a team focused on developing web apps and microservices using Agile Jira Bitbucket and much more with tech-stack Perl Java React-JS as it is vital in enhancing the SDLC workflow developer experience and the discovery of code relationships both in the monolith and microservice SDLC pipelines This team is innovative passionate and driven by our mission to help make an impact Responsibilitiesxe2x97x8f Produce accurate unambiguous technical design specifications to the appropriate detailxe2x97x8f Deliver customer value in the form of high-quality software components and services in adherence with RPR policies on Security performance longevity and Integration testingxe2x97x8f Estimate the size of development tasks in story points with the goal of 80 accuracy begin to challenge others during estimationxe2x97x8f Understand and follow coding conventions architectures and best practicesxe2x97x8f Write debug and deploy code to production deliver timely fixesxe2x97x8f Adhere to DOD story definition of done as part of the sprint including unit tests functional testing code reviews no regressions bug fixes documentation and adhere to best coding practicesxe2x97x8f Contribute to agile ceremonies to improve team performancexe2x97x8f Volunteer for work in the backlog and commit to quality delivery coordinate efforts across the team to ensure completion and effectivenessxe2x97x8f Participate and contribute to scrum meetings i e daily stand-up sprint planning readouts and retrospectivesxe2x97x8f Advise and train members
