Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Lead to join our team in Pune. This role requires a seasoned engineer with 7-10 years of experience who can lead the design, development, and delivery of robust and scalable enterprise-level applications. You will be instrumental in driving technical excellence, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful implementation of full-stack solutions leveraging modern Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of highly scalable and performant full-stack applications, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices.

- Drive the technical vision and provide leadership for a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Develop robust backend services using Java 10+ and Spring Boot, focusing on microservices architecture and API development.

- Build dynamic and intuitive user interfaces using Angular 7+ and TypeScript, ensuring a seamless user experience.

- Implement and manage event-driven architectures using Kafka for high-throughput data processing and inter-service communication.

- Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver effective solutions.

- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability through rigorous code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to coding standards.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the full stack, providing timely and effective resolutions.

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, contributing to their technical growth and career development.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and post-launch support.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in Java, Angular, and related Skills :

- 7-10 years of extensive experience in full-stack software development.

- Strong proficiency in Java 10+, with a deep understanding of core Java concepts, object-oriented design, and multithreading.

- Expertise in Spring Boot for building RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Hands-on experience with Angular 7+ and TypeScript for front-end development.

- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+).

- Experience with Kafka for building real-time data pipelines or event-driven systems.

- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).

- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team.
