The role involves managing channel strategy, optimizing performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution of ecommerce operations. Channel Strategy & Planning - Develop and execute ecommerce channel strategies across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.) and D2C website. - Identify channel-specific growth opportunities and seasonal sales plans. - Forecast sales and demand based on market trends and promotional calendars. 2. Channel Management - Manage day-to-day operations across assigned ecommerce platforms. - Ensure product listings, pricing, content, and inventory are accurate and up to date. - Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers. 3. Performance Optimization - Monitor daily sales, traffic, conversion rates, and return rates. - Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven optimization tactics. - Manage advertising budgets (AMS, Flipkart Ads, etc.) and ROI targets. 4. Marketing & Merchandising - Plan and execute promotional campaigns and new product launches online. - Collaborate with digital marketing and creative teams for product visibility and conversion optimization. - Ensure brand consistency across all ecommerce touchpoints. 5. Operations & Coordination - Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and customer service teams for smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution. - Manage product availability, pricing parity, and channel margins. - Track and manage POs, payments, and returns. 6. Reporting & Insights - Generate weekly/monthly sales and performance reports. - Present insights and recommendations to management for growth and improvement. - Benchmark against competitors and identify emerging trends.
