The role involves managing channel strategy, optimizing performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution of ecommerce operations. Channel Strategy & Planning- Develop and execute ecommerce channel strategies across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.) and D2C website.- Identify channel-specific growth opportunities and seasonal sales plans.- Forecast sales and demand based on market trends and promotional calendars.2. Channel Management- Manage day-to-day operations across assigned ecommerce platforms.- Ensure product listings, pricing, content, and inventory are accurate and up to date.- Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers.3. Performance Optimization- Monitor daily sales, traffic, conversion rates, and return rates.- Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven optimization tactics.- Manage advertising budgets (AMS, Flipkart Ads, etc.) and ROI targets.4. Marketing & Merchandising- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and new product launches online.- Collaborate with digital marketing and creative teams for product visibility and conversion optimization.- Ensure brand consistency across all ecommerce touchpoints.5. Operations & Coordination- Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and customer service teams for smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution.- Manage product availability, pricing parity, and channel margins.- Track and manage POs, payments, and returns.6.
