Job Description

1. Project Planning & Control
. Oversee planning, scheduling and monitoring of all PMC activities for the project.
. Ensure compliance with project milestones, deliverables and contractual requirements.
2. Quality & Technical Oversight
. Lead review and approval of Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), method statements and drawings.
. Ensure robust QA/QC implementation and compliance with standards/specifications.
. Conduct random reviews of QAP implementation during periodic site visits.
3. Supervision & Monitoring
. Supervise fabrication and erection works (including foundations, superstructure and deck slab casting).
. Ensure works are executed in line with approved drawings and engineering standards.
. Monitor site safety, quality and progress.
4. Stakeholder Management
. Coordinate with stakeholders (GLC, STUP, Railways, Fabricators, Contractors).
. Review and follow up on approvals of drawings and method statements.
. Represent PMC in client and contractor meetings.
5. Team Management & Guidance
. Guide Project Engineers and deployed site crew in their day-to-day responsibilities.
. Provide direction and resolve escalated technical/site issues.
6. Reporting & Client Interaction
. Prepare and submit periodic progress reports to the client.
. Participate in two scheduled visits annually with BV's central team for random review, QAP audit, and progress checks.
. Provide recommendations for improvements where required.
