Job Description Job Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets in the construction products sector. - Identify and target potential clients within the construction industry, including contractors, architects, engineers, developers, and builders. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape within the construction products market. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials, campaigns, and sales strategies. - Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to clients to showcase the features and benefits of our construction products. - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies. - Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports for management review. - Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and standards related to construction products and incorporate them into sales strategies. - Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products. - Work closely with the customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolution of any client issues or concerns. Requirement Skills - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (preferred). - Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry. - Strong understanding of construction products and materials, including knowledge of industry standards and applications. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels. - Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives. - Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software. - Willingness to travel as needed.
