Are You Ready to Shape the Future of Urban Spaces A leading organization in kollam who is at the forefront of the leasing management industry curating a portfolio of premium rental spaces that define modern living and working We believe in creating value not just through property but through powerful relationships We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Customer Development Manager to join our elite team and drive the growth of our prestigious portfolio This is not just a management role it s an opportunity to be the architect of our client success stories If you are a results-oriented MBA graduate with a passion for real estate and a talent for building lasting partnerships we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities As a Customer Development Manager you will be the linchpin between our properties and our clients Your primary mission is to ensure maximum occupancy tenant satisfaction and sustained revenue growth Your responsibilities will include Client Acquisition Pipeline Management Proactively identify and source prospective corporate and individual clients through networking market research and strategic outreach Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline End-to-End Leasing Cycle Management Spearhead the entire leasing process from initial enquiry and property tours to negotiation contract finalization and seamless onboarding of new tenants Strategic Relationship Building Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with existing tenants to ensure high retention rates Act as their primary point of contact for leasing-related matters ensuring a best-in-class customer experience Market Analysis Strategy Conduct continuous market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends competitor activities and pricing benchmarks Use this data to develop and implement effective leasing strategies Portfolio Growth Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and contribute to the overall leasing strategy for the property portfolio Collaboration Reporting Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a cohesive approach to property promotion and management Prepare and present regular reports on leasing activity occupancy rates and financial performance to stakeholders Negotiation Deal Closure Lead lease negotiations with prospective clients ensuring terms are favourable and aligned with company objectives Who You Are You hold an MBA preferably in Marketing Business Administration or a related field You have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in real estate leasing corporate sales business development or a similar customer-facing role An exceptional communicator and a master negotiator with the ability to influence key decision-makers You are highly self-motivated with a strategic mindset and a drive to exceed targets You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market data into actionable insights Customer-centric to your core with a genuine passion for building and maintaining relationships Proficient in CRM software and the MS Office Suite What We Offer A competitive salary package with attractive performance-based incentives The opportunity to manage a high-value portfolio for a leading name in the industry A vibrant collaborative and growth-oriented work environment Clear pathways for career advancement and professional development Ready to Make Your Mark If you are the ambitious professional we are looking for send your updated CV Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
