Job Title Real Estate Sales Executive Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Provide advice on market conditions prices and mortgages Sales and Marketing - Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote property sales and attract potential buyers - Conduct property showings showcase properties to potential buyers and highlight their features Market Research - Stay informed about market trends pricing strategies and competitive properties in the area - Prepare comparative market analyses to determine property values Transaction Management - Assist clients in the negotiation process and ensure a smooth closing - Prepare necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with real estate regulations Networking - Attend real estate events open houses and community activities to enhance visibility and network with potential clients - Collaborate with other real estate professionals including brokers lenders and inspectors Goal Achievement - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions Qualifications - Proven experience in real estate sales knowledge of the local market is a plus - Real estate license and relevant certifications - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent negotiation and closing skills - Proficiency in using real estate software and tools Skills - Customer service-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques - Familiarity with property management and leasing processes - Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month
