Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive Location: Mumbai (Monday–Friday: 11 AM – 7 PM | Saturday: 11 AM – 4 PM) Salary: ₹30,000 + Sales Incentives About ALPS: Airline Prep School (ALPS) is a premier aviation institute in Mumbai and Pune, providing professional training to aspiring pilots and cabin crew. We combine expert instruction with real-world exposure to help students launch successful careers in aviation. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Mumbai team. This role involves driving admissions for our courses through lead generation, sales, and marketing activities, including offline promotions and social media campaigns. Freshers are welcome, and training will be provided to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and follow up on leads for ALPS courses. - Promote courses through offline marketing activities (college tie-ups, events, career guidance sessions). - Manage and execute social media campaigns to enhance ALPS’s visibility. - Build relationships with prospective students and parents. - Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet targets. - Report on marketing and sales performance. Preferred Experience: - Freshers are welcome. - Experience in real estate sales (HNI clients) or high-value sales will be an advantage. Qualifications: - Graduate in any field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated and target-driven.
