Join a team dedicated to driving the future of renewable energy technologies. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Site Engineer located in Delhi. The Solar Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-site solar energy systems, ensuring efficient installation and optimal functioning. Daily tasks include monitoring project progress, coordinating with teams, implementing quality control measures, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. In addition, the role involves working closely with structural and civil engineers to ensure proper execution of solar panel installations. Qualifications - Proven experience in managing on-site projects and operations effectively - Strong communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders - Proficiency in quality control procedures and adherence to industry standards - Solid understanding of structural engineering and experience working with civil engineers - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Civil or Mechanical) - Ability to analyze technical drawings and ensure proper project implementation - Proactive in problem-solving and maintaining safety protocols - Experience in the renewable energy industry or solar energy projects is a plus
