Job Title Customer Service Technical Support Executive Experience Required 0 1 Year Location Bangalore About the Role We are looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Service Technical Support team The ideal candidate should come with 0 1 year of experience in customer support preferably from a BPO environment and must have undergone accent training with a strong US accent Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based customers with empathy and professionalism Provide first-level technical support and resolve customer queries related to products services Troubleshoot customer issues via call chat or email ensuring prompt and accurate solutions Escalate complex issues to higher support levels while maintaining ownership until resolution Document interactions in CRM tools and ensure accurate records of customer communications Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery Required Skills Qualifications 0 1 year of experience in Customer Service Technical Support Voice Process Prior BPO experience with US clients preferred Must have excellent communication skills with a clear US accent Should have undergone accent training voice accent neutralization training Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills Willingness to work in night shifts to support US customers Basic knowledge of troubleshooting IT technical issues is an added advantage
