The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relations, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires overseeing regional sales operations, meeting targets, and leading a team to achieve ambitious goals. Responsibilities also involve preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications - Sales and business development skills, including expertise in market research, customer acquisition, and sales strategy implementation - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Leadership abilities to manage and guide a sales team efficiently - Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines - Experience in the manufacturing or technology sector is preferred and beneficial - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite - Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and explore market opportunities
