Join us in helping leading engineering and manufacturing teams unlock the value of technology and drive scalable, sustainable innovation. ---------------------------------------- Your Role As an NPI Engineer – BOM & CAD Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting new and existing POA models for Etch, Deposition, Clean legacy and production systems, and MEMS/Deep Si etch product lines. You’ll work in a matrix environment, interfacing with Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Management, Business Development, and Field teams to develop BOM content, item text, and firing rules to support upgrades and new product introductions. ---------------------------------------- In this role, you will: - Generate accurate delta BOM content and structure for manufacturing requirements. - Create item text and SAP POA firing rules to support system upgrades. - Develop and test BOM content and firing rules, and manage Change Orders. - Analyze and process large volumes of data from business processes. - Present design concepts and progress updates to peers and executive-level stakeholders. - Participate in design reviews and collaborate with Product Management. - Work under aggressive deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively. - Exhibit high standards in engineering documentation and attention to detail. ---------------------------------------- Your Profile - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering with 5–10 years of experience, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of experience. - Strong skills in problem-solving, time and priority management, and project execution. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - High integrity, humility, and a strong desire to succeed. ---------------------------------------- Mandatory Skills - Proficiency in Excel, SAP, PLM systems, BOM management tools, Access, QuickBase, Matlab. - Expertise in 3D modeling, assembly, and detailing using Creo and NX. - Strong attention to detail in component positioning and content validation (SAP BOM vs CAD). - Knowledge of MS Office tools. - High quality standards in engineering documentation. ---------------------------------------- What You’ll Love About Working Here - We value flexibility and support our employees with remote work options and adaptable schedules to maintain a healthy work-life balance. - Our inclusive culture brings together diverse professionals committed to growth, innovation, and excellence. - You’ll have access to continuous learning opportunities and certifications in emerging technologies and engineering tools.
