Job Description Account Management - Be the agency's face & handle client interaction for projects related to Social Media, SEO, ORM, Performance Marketing etc. - Understand client's requirements & suggest solutions. - Thorough study of market & competitors & devise strategies for the brand. - Scope, estimate & develop plans using digital media platforms to deliver demonstrable results & ROI. - Ensure effective delivery of client programs, to target, time & budget. - Devise content strategies that can create virality. - Contribute to the analytical and creative thought process in new business development pitches and ongoing projects - Team Management: - Oversee a team of Account Management staff, across multiple projects - Mentoring junior staff and evaluating candidates for promotions, added responsibilities and increments - Assigning KRAs & making sure team member understand the job description well. - Identifying training & development needs of the team. - Co-ordination: - Lead the projects & provide all the creative & technical support required. - Closely work with Design & Copy team to deliver the project as per client's requirement. - Project Management - Keeping a track of ongoing projects. - Maintaining a draft of project requirements and share the same with content & design team for their understanding. - Learning & development: - Understanding of brand (for allocated clients) - Ownership of Self Development - Knowledge Sharing among team members - Attending Training & Development programs
