As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. Our specialists are responsible for building a Go-to-Market Strategy for engaging and activating top talent through various programs in the space of campus outreach: new grads and internships, apprentices. Responsibilities - Serve as the talent outreach subject matter expert on your assigned skill sets and domains, providing insights to build outreach strategies for attracting the best and most relevant talent to Google. - Understand competitive landscape as it relates to engagement of early career landscape, and build strategies toward designing a robust campus program for Google India. - Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including recruiting, Frontline HR, product area Leaders, and university top brass. - Conduct in-person and virtual outreach events, and develop on-going reporting and data analysis, including but not limited to detailed tracking of events and impact of events on recruiting goals.
