Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-orientedAssociate Manager Human Resourcesto join our HR team in a generalist capacity. The ideal candidate will support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role requires a proactive professional with strong interpersonal skills and a comprehensive understanding of HR policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in therecruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating new hire orientation.
- Administer employee benefitsprograms and assist with the annual open enrollment process.
- Maintainaccurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as apoint of contact for employee inquiriesregarding company policies, benefit programs, and workplace concerns.
- Supportperformance managementinitiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Address and resolveemployee relations issuesand concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in thedevelopment and implementation of HR policiesand procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinatetraining and development programsto support employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure HR practices arecompliant with federal, state, and local employment lawsand regulations.
- Prepare, track, and analyzeHR metrics and reportsto assist in workforce planning and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters or HR certification preferred).
- 47 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Solid knowledge of HR functions, employment law, and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
