Job Description

- Process & post all AP invoices (PO and non-PO) in line with Hempel policies, ensuring accurate cost allocation, VAT codes and coding prior to month-end close.
- Monitor approvals daily, resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders, and maintain up-to-date process documentation.
- Own AP-GL reconciliation, accruals, currency revaluations and quarterly vendor balance clean-up; provide ad-hoc reports and audit support.
- Perform regular controls, review vendor statements and payment reminders, and ensure timely settlement of outstanding items.
- Actively participate in ERP projects, UAT testing, and any other initiatives assigned by management.

What Are We Looking For

- University degree in Accounting, Finance or related area
- Minimum 2 year professional experience on similar position
- Good command of the English language
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel etc.)
- Work in accounting system SAP would be an asset
