Job Title: Product Head - Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India - Job Type: Non-Tech (Full-time) - Experience Required: 1520 years - Notice Period: Maximum 30 days - Expected CTC: 6070 LPA - Education: Full-time Graduation (mandatory) Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Product Head to lead our product vision, roadmap, and execution. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the payments industry, with a strong background in product leadership, strategy, and team building. You will play a key role in shaping our product strategy, driving innovation, and scaling our platforms for the next phase of growth. Key Responsibilities - Define and drive the company's long-term product strategy and quarterly roadmap. - Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of products from concept to launch to scaling. - Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing product management team. - Ensure product scalability, reliability, and high quality in development. - Identify and evaluate new product opportunities in the payments and fintech ecosystem. - Collaborate closely with technology, operations, sales, and leadership teams to align business goals. - Monitor product performance metrics and take data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Must-Have Skills - 12+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years in a senior or leadership role in the payments industry. - Proven experience in building and scaling payment gateways, merchant acquiring systems, or payment service providers (PSPs). - Strong understanding of payment protocols (ISO 8583, EMV, PCI), APIs, and third-party integrations (Stripe, Adyen, Visa, Mastercard, etc.). - Expertise in product strategy, market analysis, and product development methodologies. - Excellent leadership and people management skills. Good-to-Have Skills - Data analysis skills to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. - In-depth industry knowledge of payments, fintech, and market trends. - Strong business acumen and understanding of how products drive business growth. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Achievement of product roadmap and strategic milestones. - Growth in transaction volumes and merchant adoption. - Strength and productivity of the product team. - Innovation and quality of new product launches Skills: product strategy, market analysis, and product development methodologies,payment gateways, merchant acquiring systems, or payment service providers (psps).,12+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years in a senior or leadership role in the payments industry,payment protocols (iso 8583, emv, pci), apis, and third-party integrations (stripe, adyen, visa, mastercard, etc.).
