Role OverviewThe Growth & Monetization Specialist will drive revenue growth across all XcelUP offerings by scaling subscriptions, one-time learning programs, and credential adoption. This role blends sales, growth marketing, analytics, and customer insight with a clear objective: increase reach, conversion, and sustained revenue growth.You will work closely with the Product team to build high-performing funnels, optimize pricing, launch targeted campaigns, and create scalable growth strategies. This is an entrepreneurial role for someone who learns fast, experiments boldly, and grows with the platform.Key Responsibilities1. Revenue Growth Scale revenue across: Subscriptions One-time learning programs Credential purchases Corporate learning bundles Expand the trainer and SME ecosystem, including volunteer experts and NGO collaborations. Increase conversions, repeat purchases, and learner lifetime value. Identify new learner segments and monetization opportunities. 2. Growth Marketing & Campaigns Plan and execute campaigns across web, email, LinkedIn, SEO, and influencer channels. Manage promotions, launches, and referral/ambassador programs. Build and optimize landing pages for conversion performance. 3. Analytics & Optimization Monitor funnels, user behavior, churn, and conversion metrics. Run experiments (A/B tests) to improve outcomes. Recommend pricing, messaging, and positioning improvements. 4. Customer & Market Insights Understand learner motivations and purchasing behavior. Identify emerging skills and recommend new learning areas and credentials. Partner with SMEs to position content for maximum impact. 5. Partnerships & Outreach Collaborate with influencers, SMEs, NGOs, colleges, and corporate teams. Drive B2B learning and credentialing opportunities.
